ARTICLE 1. GENERAL1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all tickets sold through Ticketsplus, unless other conditions have been explicitly declared applicable. Tickets purchased through the webshops of Ticketsplus are hereinafter referred to as "Tickets".
1.2 The applicability of these conditions to the purchase of Tickets does not affect the applicability of other conditions, such as those of the organizer of the event to be visited or of the operator of the park to be visited. These conditions can be requested from the relevant party.
1.3 Ticketsplus's webshops are an activity of Ticketsplus BV (hereinafter referred to as "Ticketsplus"), Almijstraat 14, 5061 PA in Oisterwijk. Ticketsplus offers admission tickets for concerts, fairs and theme parks, hereinafter referred to as the "Event".
1.4 In these general terms and conditions, "Event holder" means the natural person or legal entity that produces or organizes an Event and is responsible for it, including the natural or legal person who operates an amusement park, trade fair or concert.
ARTICLE 2. COMPLETION OF AGREEMENTS2.1 All offers from Ticketsplus are without obligation and are subject to availability.
2.2 The Agreement is concluded after the Purchaser has purchased one or more Tickets via Ticketsplus. Ticketsplus provides the Tickets on behalf of the Event Holder.
2.3 Ticketsplus is entitled to check the data provided by the customer for accuracy. The provision of incorrect or incomplete data may lead to no agreement being reached and / or that the Tickets will not be sent.
2.4 Ticketsplus is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, without giving any reasons. The agreement is concluded at all times under the resolutive condition that Ticketsplus does not accept the order. If an order is not accepted, Ticketsplus will inform you in writing (by email) within 3 working days after receipt of the order.
2.5 The Tickets will be presented on the customer's computer screen after payment. The customer must print this document itself and take it to the Event.
ARTICLE 3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS3.1 The prices are in euros, including VAT, any taxes or other levies and excluding service costs.
3.2 Ticketsplus expressly reserves the right to change the prices of Tickets, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations. In the event of limited availability of an offer, Ticketsplus has the right to resell the same Tickets at a higher price as soon as the offer is no longer available, without the Customer being able to appeal to the earlier (lower) price.
3.3 Payment can be made in (one of) the manner (s) as indicated during the ordering process. Further (payment / order) conditions can be set for the order. In the event of technical malfunctions of whatever nature as a result of which the (credit card) payments can not be processed, incorrectly or timely, and / or authorized, Ticketsplus is not liable.
3.4 The number of Tickets to be ordered by credit card payment is limited for security reasons.
3.5 If the customer is in default with any payment, Ticketsplus is entitled to suspend the (performance of) the agreement.
3.5 The reversal of a ticket plus amount does not release the customer from his payment and purchase obligation.
3.6 If Ticketsplus has to make (extra) judicial collection costs for the collection of the amount owed by the customer, these will be borne by the customer, with a minimum of twenty-five (25) euros.
ARTICLE 4. USE OF THE TICKETS4.1 Tickets can not be returned or exchanged and will lose their validity on expiry of the validity date indicated thereon.
4.2 Tickets may not be folded or otherwise damaged. The customer bears the risk. In the event of damage, access may be denied and the customer will not be entitled to a refund or replacement in that case.
4.3 Customers of Tickets must show these, even after entering the Event, at the first request of the organizer. The organizer of the Event also has the right to request personal identification.
4.4 Tickets may only be resold if the general terms and conditions of the organizer of the Event allow this.
4.5 It is forbidden to use Tickets for commercial purposes without having received written permission from the organizer of the Event or the exhibition and from Ticketsplus.
4.6 Each Ticket has a unique barcode and can therefore only be used once. Copying Tickets is useless. Abuse will be reported.
4.7 After receipt, the Customer must check the Tickets because mistakes can not always be corrected. After ordering Tickets these can no longer be exchanged or reimbursed. If the Ticket of the Buyer is damaged in such a way that it can no longer be checked for authenticity, the Customer can contact the customer service of Ticketsplus, support@ticketsplus.nl
4.8 Special wishes, such as reserving wheelchair spaces, must be made known in time and explicitly. Ticketsplus can not give any guarantee that special requests can be met. For more information about this, the Customer can contact the customer service of Ticketsplus, support@ticketsplus.nl.
ARTICLE 5. EVENTS5.1 Change, displacement, shift - If Ticketsplus of the Event Holder learns that an Event is being changed, moved or moved in time, Ticketsplus will try to inform the Customer accordingly. Ticketsplus will take the necessary care in this respect, but can not provide any guarantee in this regard.
5.2 Responsibility Customer - It is and remains the responsibility of the Customer to check whether an Event has been changed, moved or moved and to find out what the new form, location or time will be. Tickets of shifted Events are generally valid for the replacement Event. Ticketsplus is not obliged to compensate the Customer for any costs incurred by the Customer due to the change, transfer or shift. If an Event is moved to another location or date, the Event Holder may set further conditions to the Tickets and the price of the Tickets.
5.3 Cancellation - If an Event is canceled, the Customer can hand in the Tickets for this Event to Ticketsplus. Ticketsplus will then refund the ticket price of the relevant tickets to the Customer. Booking and administration costs are non-refundable. The terms and conditions of the Event Holder may also apply to the cancellation.
ARTICLE 6. OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY TICKETSPLUS6.1 Ticketsplus is responsible for the sale, delivery and settlement of Tickets, and in some cases for facilitating the corresponding access control.
6.2 The provision of information relating to the Event (eg cancellation or cancellation of ticket sales) is the responsibility of the organizer of the Event. Ticketsplus is not liable for incomplete or incorrect information provided by the organizer of the Event.
6.3 Complaints regarding the Event can be made known to the customers of Ticketsplus, support@ticketsplus.nl. Ticketsplus will pass on complaints to the Event Holder, but is not responsible for and does not guarantee the quality and content of the Event and accepts no liability in this respect.
6.4 Ticketsplus is never liable for damage, in whatever form and for whatever reason, caused during or as a result of a visit to the Event.
6.5 Ticketsplus is not liable for any inaccuracies, delays or inadequate delivery of orders and announcements in the communication between the customer and Ticketsplus, unless and insofar as there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Ticketsplus.
ARTICLE 7. FINAL PROVISIONS7.1 Ticketsplus is entitled to change these conditions unilaterally.
7.2 In cases where these conditions do not provide, Ticketsplus will decide.
