On this page you will find the Privacy Statement of Ticketsplus B.V. (T +).
This Privacy Statement applies to all products, services and activities of T + and its subsidiaries unless they explicitly use their own privacy statement. Click here for an overview of the activities that fall under T +.

General
When you order a ticket, you sign up for an e-mail newsletter, you participate in an action, use our digital services, contact T + or otherwise use the services of (a part of) T +, the provided and processed personal data provided and used.
The person responsible for data processing is Ticketsplus B.V., Almijstraat 14, 5061PA in Oisterwijk. The data processing has been reported to the Data Protection Authority in The Hague.
T + considers it important to treat your personal data with all due care and confidentiality. T + therefore adheres to both the Personal Data Protection Act, the Telecommunications Act and the codes of conduct of the DDMA (Dutch Dialogue Marketing Association).

Purposes of data processing
The personal data provided can be processed by T + for the following purposes:
For the realization and execution of the agreement, for example to deliver the products, services or information you have chosen;
If you have purchased a paid service or product, to invoice;
To enable you to post and exchange information via one of the digital services of T + or to contact other users of those digital services;
To keep you informed about the products and services of T +;
To send you a newsletter, user information, service message or other (electronic or non-electronic) message;
To enable logging in via social media services from third parties;
To show you targeted advertisements; for example, an advertisement can be shown of a product or service of which T +, on the basis of the data processed by it, suspects that you are interested;
To comply with the laws and regulations applicable to T +.
Your personal data can be exchanged or made available to all parts of T + for the aforementioned purposes.
When using our digital services, it is possible that an account is automatically created for you using the personal data you have already provided in the context of one of our other services. It is also possible that when you use different T + products and / or services, the data provided in that context will be combined with data from (the use of) other T + products and / or services.

Data provision to third parties
Your data will not be provided to parties that do not belong to the T + group without your express permission, except for the following. Your data may be provided to the parties without your explicit consent, which T + will call upon in the performance of its services (for example, the supplier of a product you have ordered). Phone calls
Phone calls with the T + component customer service can be recorded for training and coaching purposes. The recordings are not kept longer than strictly necessary and are not accessible to third parties.

External service providers and other sites
If you end up via a T + digital service on the site or application of a third party, the conditions and privacy rules of the relevant partner or third party apply. You are advised to consult the privacy statement of this partner or third party.
For T + digital services that you can access via social media services from third parties, T + will process the login data used by you in that manner in the manner described in this Privacy Statement.

Security data
T + respects the privacy of every data subject and ensures that personal data are treated confidentially and with the utmost care. All personal data is stored securely in the administration of T +. This database is only accessible to employees of T +, insofar as this is necessary for their function. T + furthermore endeavors to ensure that its systems are protected against loss and / or against any form of unlawful use or processing and uses appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account, among other things, the state of the art.
However, T + is not liable for unauthorized access to computers or files, viruses spread via advertisements or other unlawful programs or files, or any other consequence of making data available to T +.
